Friday, September 23, 2022 - Flabby, no complexity. Lime central, faint perfume aroma. Sparkles a bit when it hits the tongue, definitely a lime profile, but then immediately evaporates. Kind of like drinking limeade. Finish you really have to reach for, but it's there, and it tastes like crisp, fresh green beans. Very straightforward neutral wine, I guess I prefer deeper and more concentrated and complex wine. Totally drinkable, probably will shine more paired with food.
