Sunday, February 25, 2024 - Given a 3 hour decant. Really clean and refined flavours of red berries, cherry, cherry pit, and rose hip. This is rounded out with some subtle pine resin, liquorice, and nutty notes which add a lovely layer or two of complexity. Bright acidity and minerality on the palate, which is really silky, and finishes with a solid tannic grip. My first 2020 Nebbiolo, and this is just wonderful!
