Sunday, March 31, 2024 - Cellared from release. Top flight Cab. At 23 years old, popped and poured. Initial whiff blew off in 5 minutes. Dark garnet, broad lightening meniscus. Gorgeous. Fruit and oak on the nose. Black cherry, strawberry, blackcurrant, all translate to the palate. Loooong finish, with beautiful acid and full bodied fruit, undertone of powerful yet balanced tannins.
