Tuesday, March 26, 2024 - Opened it, had a half glass, then let it slow-ox over night in the fridge. The first sips were bright and a little one-dimensional. The next day? Lights out. Juicy tropical fruit, lactic leesy depth, and iced tea goodness. This either needs a solid hour in the decanter, or the same overnight treatment I gave it - annoyingly delicious right now, though I can see the benefit of a few years in cellar. Of the 2021 single vineyard WS whites this is maybe the most open right now.
