Monday, January 1, 2024 - A more austere Riesling. It had enough acidity to stand up to NYEve spicy Asian fare.Fruit is somewhat restrained but lemonzest/not sweet pineapple. This might be better in a year or two but fine now. Would not be appreciated by those inclined towards sweet whites, but this is a well put together wine
