Wednesday, November 22, 2023 - Three hour decant. Very very deep magenta color. Black cherry and tiramisu dominate the nose. Very dry palate, with satiny acidity. Firm tannins on the longish finish.

This is excellent every vintage. Not sure why it’s not as appreciated by the pro reviewers. Lots of room to improve on this guy, but already a terrific drinker. Enjoyed with Mark1NPT at our pre-Thanksgiving get together.
