Thursday, April 18, 2024 - Complex bouquet with loads of red fruit and slightly more earth / barnyard / leather than usual. Rich, dense and concentrated flavor with sweet black and blue fruit and some interesting plum notes on the finish. Deep and dark in style but with a decent acidic backbone.

A little disjointed at the moment but the harmony improved with air. Hold.
