Sunday, April 14, 2024 - PnP. Smelled of sweaty horses mane, salami and underneath it all, there was a delicate, perfumed red fruit. It was all very intriguing and fun, though we felt disappointed.

This all passed later though, after maybe 30 mins it really started to show its true potential. Still the elegant perfume of cool garnacha, and now a very powerful chalky minerality, chablis’esque, giving a wonderful structure and a sense of much bigger things in wait for this wine. Tannins are youthful too. Hold and look forward to this. Will be buying more for the cellar for sure.
