Wednesday, June 28, 2023 - After 13 month of cellaring I opened a bottle of Roger Sabon Renaissance 2021. Sadly not made in 2022 because of the weather conditions. The color is light golden. Now the bottle has a nice nose of tropical fruits paired with some honey in the background. The mouth got well integrated acidity and a good length at the palate. Its well balanced now ! Last year at the first taste the acidity was in front but now its nice to drink ! Its one of my favourite white Ch9 so i hope for a good production this year !

And i love the new label 😍
