Thursday, January 4, 2024 - Domaine Roger Sabon - 2021 Renaissance blanc Chateauneuf du Pape. Light yellow color. A nose of tropical fruits, citrus and brioche. Crispy minerality in the mouth, overall concentarted,rich and tasty. Cant wait to get the new vintage :-)

Its one of my favourites whites from Chateuaneuf !

Love the Domaine and the people, always a pleasure to be there and be warm welcomed !
