Thursday, February 8, 2024 - This is a clear, light yellow colored wine. The nose is not very expressive. This has the typical flavors of a New Zealand Sauv. Blanc, but the intensity is quite tame. The consistency is silky, and the body is a bit lean. It's a very balanced wine, and overall a good wine. The acidity is refreshing, and not "in your face."
