Friday, June 2, 2023 - Deep extraction without being a fruit bomb. Full mouth feel. Soft tannins. Long finish. Somewhere between a prototypical Australian Syrah and a French Syrah. Great food wine and great to just sip. Bottle barely made it through dinner.
