Wednesday, March 27, 2024 - Beautiful and intense nose of damp forest floor, composting leaves, pine needles, leather, cedar and black cherries. Medium-full bodied, this is rich and intense, with flavors that largely mimic the aromas with a solid core of sweet pomegranate, blood orange and rusted iron filings. This is in need of another year or two to reveal its full self. In the meantime, give a 3+ hour decant. Drink 2026-2032 93.
