The sweet palate continues with the same, adding mineral acidity. Long finish, with some slight bitterness at the end. The age has already turned some of the sweetness into a more burnt sugar -like character, but the sweetness still remains. Enjoyable and balanced. Drink now if you want the remaining bits of youthful fruitiness, or hold if you prefer the mature, tertiary side.
