Thursday, June 17, 2021 - Dad's and Cabs 2021 - hosted by Pappas Bros. Steakhouse (Pappas Bros. Steakhouse - Houston Westheimer): Quick tasting note - wow - 21 years and silky smooth with still tannins to stand longer. Fruit is still evident but softened, medium finish. Very elegant.
