Thursday, September 9, 2010 - Elegant aroma of ripe cherries, cured meat, fresh herbs and a scent of raspberries with well integrated oak. Fine balance between acidity and tannins with flavors of cherry, pomegranate with a peppery finish. Drinkable now but will be capable of 3-4 years in the cellar.
