Thursday, December 31, 2020 - Opens up with a complex nose of apple, orange and curry. Shows the same, intriguing complexity on the palate with marks of green fruits, fennel, pepper, asian spices and stones. It’s a rich wine in terms of complexity of taste but yet soft and rounded on the palate. This hasn’t changed much over the past 3 years so I’m sure there’s plenty of life left. On the other hand, will this get any better?
