Friday, January 25, 2008 - Bottle was good but didn't seem quite ready. A nice balance of fruit, vanilla, and spice. Wasn't quite strong enough to mesh well with the peppered steak I had it with. I have a feeling that it would be better in a few years, as the alcohol seems a bit too bright still.
