Wednesday, March 27, 2024 - Tasted with an Italian dinner in Orlando.
Initially very tannic, but opened up very nicely over the course of dinner.
Notes of red cherry and plum.
If all dishes, paired best with mushroom risotto and veggie pizza.
Nice length on the finish too.
Look forward to trying more Tignanello vintages.
