Tuesday, April 23, 2024 - Color is medium lemon. This wine needs to be a little warmer to release the aroma. Medium to deep grass, a hint of green pepper but also some passion fruit and honey. Medium to high acidic. Dry with medium alcohol and body. Medium intensity in taste with similar but added some wet stone. Definitely a little bit of barrels.
