Terrific Kabinett - the fruit profile is very tart (all green apples/limes) and very much what I'd want from the Saar, with bright herbal, floral, and slatey accents around the fruit. Remarkably light on the palate with an intense spine of acidity that keeps it very lively and refreshing. Great wine and I'm glad I have a few more.
