Friday, November 24, 2017 - Popped and poured last of 6 bottles. The '05 Marcenasco has developed nicely. While deeply colored, the nose is stunning and fragrant with roses and dark cherry. Full-bodied on the palate, there is still plenty of fruit with very good balance and a lengthy finish. There is enough structure here for many more years of evolution.
