Monday, August 21, 2023 - This is their entry level Riesling but already offers exceptional quality! I bought it onsite directly from Mrs. Löwenstein which is really kind and I can recommend a visit. The wine has an incredible length and a good balance of acidity and sweetness. Typical other Ries of that area are something for acid-heads, not this one. Aromas of peach and citrus followed by honey in the finish. If this is their entry level Ries I can't wait to open their GG which is still in my cellar.
