Monday, August 1, 2022 - Beautiful nose of earthy cherry and raspberry with light but classy tar and floral undertones. Palate still youthful and red fruited. Moderate tannins, perfect balance and good length. Served over 2 hours with Italian food (SF restaurant). Mid weight balanced tuna tartare but structure stood up to caccio e pepe and pork chops. In a great place now but with plenty in reserve to please for many years.
