Saturday, July 10, 2021 - First of the case. Gorgeous translucent color. Nose screaming of red fruits. Still early in its evolution. Can’t wait to pair this against a grand cru Burgundy. The palate is ver refined with red fruits dirt roses orange rind and just a hint of tar. The finish is unbelievable. This will get significantly better.
