Wednesday, April 10, 2024 - PnP at a restaurant. Perfect match with AHI tuna. Light ruby red color.
Aromas of tart red cherry, strawberry, herbs, mineral and light cedar. Good flavor with tart cherry, strawberry, herb, mineral and light oak. Light to medium body. Good acidity with a shorter finish.
