Saturday, December 23, 2023 - Auction purchase, firm cork 2/3 soaked. Splash decanted off moderate fine sediment. Showing slight bricking. Red cherry, raspberry. A bit of minerals and ash. 14.5% ABV, nice mouthfeel, silky, even with the medium body and tart, juicy acidity. Very fine.
