Sunday, October 15, 2023 - Great stuff here, changes in the glass with air. On opening, more lemon oil, orange flesh, pineapple...more unctuous. When the air comes through, it drops out some of the richness. Some green apple comes in, with Brig suggesting some bruised apple. For me, with what seems like some new barrel influence, caramel apple is what I get. Finishes with some lemon pith. Showy, flashy at this young stage.
