Wednesday, December 24, 2008 - Excellent with the leg of lamb we prepared. Decanted for only an hour but certainly became more rich as the night went on. Spicy plumb and black cherry dominated with nuances of cinnamon and clove. Hints of oak from the fermenting. Will definitely enjoy this again.
