Friday, July 29, 2011 - Very ripe and needed significant time to bloom. Paired with spicy sausage and red sauce penne. Stood up well to those strong flavors. Aroma very broad and lingering. Should have drunk a bit sooner, but still tasty. Required a lot of filtering but still not overly dry in the mouth.
