Monday, March 11, 2024 - Really interesting aroma, but its hard to describe. Some mint and aromatic scrub brush (distinct from but not dissimilar from some aspects of garrigue), roasting meat and black fruits. Med-full bodied, this is round with bright acid and decent tannin structure. Bordeaux-esque in its size and shape. There's a definite, smoky/phenolic and rosemary character. Drink now-2029 91
