Friday, November 13, 2020 - open. just shortly before beginning of consumption. everything about this wine is elegant, from the beginning nose with hints of sous bois and the color of transparent rose. while the fruit is playing second fiddle its the tension and balance that send this soaring. Perfect timing. Just a great wine now.
