Saturday, March 30, 2024 - Wanted to try one of these young; it was very young. Nose was nice, but a bit closed; darker fruit, mint, spice, and earth; the palate is very powerful and the tannins are a bit overwhelming. I suspect this will close down and need a bit of time. Its drinkable now with food, but needs 5+ years really. Reminiscent of the '13 to me. Will be really good, but be patient.
