Thursday, January 11, 2024 - Great wine. Pleasant flinty aroma to start, then sweet lime and cotton candy. Tastes limelike with strong acidity. Sweetness is dominated by acidity and allmost un-noticeable. Thought it would be like a feinherb from karthuserhof or kruger-rumpf because of the sugar content, but I can now understand why it isnt branded as such. Regret not buying more bottles.
