Saturday, April 16, 2011 - Tasted blind. Green, vegetal nose with some olive and red fruit. Black cherry, licorice on the palate with a little chocolate in the background. High acid and medium high tannins mask the fruit at this point, but very interesting profile. This probably could've used a little more time in the decanter.
