Monday, January 15, 2024 - Pours vibrant deep pink/ruby in the glass. Bright, ripe, juicy cherry & strawberry with a savory edge of dried herbs. Medium+ acid with subtle tea-like tannin and a finish that goes and goes. Delicious stuff, but hang onto it until it’s 5th birthday if you can.
