Sunday, February 7, 2021 - Pronounced nose intensity with notes of cooked red fruits, vanilla, spices. Medium acidity and medium- tannin. Drank it over 2-3 hours and holding well. Felt its past its peak but its still enjoyable but will not improve anymore. Drink up.
