Saturday, August 19, 2023 - So....new vintage of this for me.
On nose: plum skin, coffee , and rosemary.
On palate: all above flavour notes enhanced, with a faint edge of citrus, cigar tobacco , dark chocolate, and a finish of greenish raspberry, on a medium body with present tannins at 2 years of age....after a 2 hour decant....showing better in this vintage at this stage, than the 2019, reviewed a while back.....fine rib- eye steak wine presently.
