Tuesday, December 1, 2020 - Truffles (or was that the truffles on the pizza??), underbrush, soft earth, lower tannins, youthful (boy was I off on this one. I'll blame it on the truffles). I guessed younger bordeaux super tuscan blend. I thought it was good, classic, well-structured (tannins probably did mellow outwith the age on this). Enjoyed this, not a super star. DD at Cotzen's.
