However, I thought it came across a little light and somewhat closed/not overly expressive in comparison to other vintages that I’ve had of this wine. Decent finish but not overly long nor deep. I’ll refrain from rating this bottle because it doesn’t appear to be in the best place right now or maybe it’s just the challenging vintage which wouldn’t surprise me. 88.5% cab sauvignon, 6% merlot, 3.5% petit verdot, and 2% cab franc.
