Monday, August 28, 2023 - Nose of wet stone and dark fruit. Hint of smoked meat.
Palate of dry strawberry with a touch of herbs. Velvety tannins and a straight line of acidity. Earthy blueberry notes on the middle as well. Red fruit and a sweet spice edge to a clean finish. The acidity springs back.
