Wednesday, October 25, 2023 - Splash decanted at dinner. Last sips were the best. Still takes some time to open up but a very well made wine. Plenty of life in it. 95+ in a few years but in no rush to open my next bottle.

12/22/2023 10:10:00 PM - I really like this producer. For my admittedly more Old World (or maybe old man?), I think these shine brightest with 10-15+ years bottle age and some air. You can get good deals on back vintages in the secondary market. Galitzine and Palengat bottlings are also very worthwhile (the regular CVR not so much), if a half step behind. Cheers!
