Tuesday, January 30, 2024 - Flowers, smoky herbs, cherries, and olives form the core of the wine in the nose and on the palate, where you also find salty cherries, kirsch, and garrigue with a dose of green olives, and white pepper on the backend. The wine was made blending 80% Grenache, 10% Cinsault and 10% Syrah. Drink from 2024-2031.
