Saturday, January 27, 2024 - Double decanted and left in bottle under cork for 24 hours. Still a little hot (15.8 showing) after that, but only a little. At least that’s what I thought - my wife objected more. Great flavor - really tasty. Curious to see if it will naturally shed some of the heat or that’s going to be a permanent feature of this vintage.
