Mineral, graphite, slate, forest floor, and black fruit on the nose. After dinner the tannins really started to take hold, but still enjoyable. I know this was a tough vintage and not as good as the Rocket Block, but still a very good wine.
Will open another next year and see how it has developed. I am worried about smoke coming through as these get older.
