Friday, October 20, 2023 - Still very fresh with grass and lime up front and a spritz on the tongue, but also showing some maturation with a second wave coming through with honey and Bickfords lime cordial. Great drinking, I'd say dangerously smashable but the alcohol is pleasantly low 😄
