Saturday, October 7, 2023 - Took a little while to open up, a couple of hours at least. Tannins released and fruit came on strong at that point. Supple, ample blackberry/currant, some spice to it but hard for me to identify. Will wait a while before opening my second bottle, curious to see how this one changes!
