Saturday, December 2, 2023 - Pure, yet with a fine form of concentration. Blueberry, white pepper, bacon fat, lavender and spice. This flows and has a sour cherry aspect at the tail end. Grainy tannins, that still remain elegant. Possibly my favorite yet. Another two years would help this show, and is better on day two. There’s dimension. Medium to full in body. Drink 2026 - 2036.
