Monday, April 10, 2023 - Bottle a hefty 1398g. Translucent medium ruby color. Aromas of elevated intensity, bright red fruit, especially raspberry, a little red bell pepper, with earthy, spicy and herbal notes. Dry, with moderate to elevated juicy acidity, modest grippy tannins, medium-bodied, 13% abv. Very appealing, and drinking very nicely now.
