Thursday, March 14, 2024 - Still young. Needed 1.5 hr in decanter to open up and continued to change in the glass over next 4 hours. Sure it would have been great the next day if there was any left. Lot of stone fruit. Green bell pepper and rounded. Long finish. Another top tier California Chardonnay from Aubert. Will only improve over the coming years.
